What we collect

We collect only what a licensed advisor needs in order to call you back and discuss coverage. We do not ask for, and you should never send us, a Social Security number, a date of birth, income figures or payment details through this website.

• Information you submit in the coverage review: state, household size, whether pre-existing conditions need covering, your timing, and your name, phone number and email address.
• Technical and attribution data captured automatically: IP address, the page you landed on, the referring website, and any utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, fbclid or gclid values present in the link you arrived through.
• Nothing else. There is no account to create, no password to store, and no login.

How we use it

Your submission is passed to a licensed insurance advisor so that they can contact you about health coverage options. We also use it to operate and secure the site — for example, the rate limits and spam filters that stop automated submissions.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, we do not build advertising profiles from it, and we do not use it to set a price. No price is set on this website at all.

Who we share it with

Your details are shared with one licensed insurance advisor, and with the service providers that let us operate: our hosting provider, our database provider and the automation service that routes your submission to the advisor. Those providers process data on our instructions and for no other purpose.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with lead aggregators or panels of agencies. We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

Consent to be contacted

By submitting the review, you agree that America Healthcare Plans and its licensed advisors may contact you by phone, text or email about health coverage, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, asking the advisor to stop calling, or emailing info@americahealthcareplans.com.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions for as long as needed to serve your request and to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to insurance brokerage, then delete them. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will do so except where a law requires us to retain it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We honour these requests regardless of your state. Email info@americahealthcareplans.com or use the Do Not Sell My Info page.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses only what it needs to function and to understand which pages people find useful. We do not run cross-site advertising trackers on this site. Attribution parameters in a link you clicked are recorded with your submission so we know which page brought you here.

Security

Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access restricted to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive documents or identifiers through this website.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
