America Healthcare Plans LLC, trading as America Healthcare Plans, is a privately operated insurance marketplace and independent insurance brokerage.
We are not a government agency or programme. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Health Insurance Marketplace, Healthcare.gov, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Medicare or Medicaid. This website is not the official ACA Marketplace; that is Healthcare.gov.
Licensing
America Healthcare Plans works with insurance advisors who hold the producer licenses required in the states where they transact business. Our National Producer Number is published here once registration is complete.
This site is not intended for residents of all states. Product availability varies by state and not every plan referenced on this site is available everywhere.
Carriers and products
Plans are offered by nationally recognized insurance carriers. We do not issue or underwrite insurance. Eligibility, pricing and the final terms of any policy are determined by the issuing carrier under its own underwriting rules.
The private PPO plans discussed on this site are medically underwritten, which means your health history affects both whether coverage is offered and what it costs.
Figures shown on this site
Every premium, deductible, out-of-pocket maximum and saving shown on this site is used to explain how these plans differ from a typical unsubsidized Marketplace plan. The $750 and $300 monthly figures, the approximate $450 monthly saving and the $5,400 annual figure are not price offers.
No figure on this site is a personal rate, an offer of coverage, or a guarantee of savings. Your own numbers depend on your age, location, household size, health history and the plan selected.
Compensation
We may be compensated by insurance carriers when a person we refer enrolls in coverage. This does not change what you pay, and it does not oblige an advisor to recommend any particular plan. If a subsidized Marketplace plan or Medicaid is the better fit for your household, your advisor will tell you so.
