America Healthcare Plans connects people to licensed advisors and private PPO health coverage. We are a privately operated insurance marketplace — not a government agency, and not affiliated with the Health Insurance Marketplace, Medicare or Medicaid.
Why We Exist
Most people are buying blind, and paying for it.
If you do not have an employer covering most of your premium, the health insurance market is close to unreadable. Deductibles are buried, networks are narrow, and the only advice on offer usually comes from someone paid to sell you one specific thing.
We built this the other way round. You give a licensed advisor four pieces of information, they look at what genuinely exists for a household like yours, and they call you and explain it. If the answer is “stay where you are”, that is what you hear.
What we are not
Not a government agency or programme
Not affiliated with Healthcare.gov, Medicare or Medicaid
Not a lead aggregator selling your details on
Not a pricing engine pretending to know your rate
Not a call centre — one advisor, one call
The People Behind It
Licensed advisors, not a sales floor.
Every review is read by a licensed advisor who works one household at a time. There are no scripts to push a particular carrier and no quota for any one plan.
The job is to explain what exists for you in plain English, then let you decide. Sometimes that means a private PPO. Sometimes it means staying exactly where you are.
Licensed in the state where you live
One advisor from first call to decision
Paid the same whether you enroll or not
How We Work
Four rules we do not bend for a sale.
One advisor per person
Your details go to a single licensed advisor. We do not resell your information to a panel of agencies, and you will not spend the next fortnight fielding calls.
We say when we are the wrong answer
If a subsidized Marketplace plan, Medicaid, an employer plan or staying on COBRA is genuinely better for your household, the advisor tells you. That costs us business and keeps the model honest.
No fake numbers
This site never shows you a personal rate, because no honest site can compute one before it knows your health history.
The short survey is the point
Four questions. No login, no Social Security number, no date of birth, no income questions. An advisor needs your state, your household and your timing — not your life story.
Your Advisor
A licensed advisor who actually picks up the phone.
Every review is handled by one licensed advisor, not a rotating call floor. They read what you submitted, look at what is available where you live, and call you back to walk through it. You decide what happens next — or nothing at all.
Licensed in your state
Knows the carriers, not just the brochure
Will tell you when to stay put
No pressure, ever
“No pressure, ever.”
That is not a slogan we bolt on at the end. It is the reason the survey asks four questions and never asks for your income, your Social Security number or your date of birth.
Secure & private. By submitting you agree to be contacted by one licensed advisor.
Straight Answers
The questions everybody asks.
Still unsure? Start the review and ask the advisor directly — that is what they are there for.
Is this a government website?
No. America Healthcare Plans is a privately operated insurance marketplace and independent brokerage. We are not a government agency and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Health Insurance Marketplace, Healthcare.gov, Medicare or Medicaid.
Are pre-existing conditions really covered?
Private PPO plans can cover pre-existing conditions, and the survey asks about them specifically so your advisor knows before they call. Because these plans are medically underwritten, your health history affects both eligibility and price — which is exactly why a licensed advisor reviews it rather than a form spitting out a number.
Do you sell my information?
No. Your details go to one licensed advisor so they can contact you about coverage. We do not sell your information to lead aggregators, and you can ask us to delete it at any time through the Do Not Sell My Info page.
Will this website give me a price?
No — and any site that promises one before it knows your health history is guessing. You submit your details, a licensed advisor reviews them, and they call you with real options. The figures shown on this site are not personal rates.
Can I enroll outside of open enrollment?
Yes. Private PPO plans are not tied to the ACA open enrollment window, so you can apply any day of the year. If you have just lost employer coverage, you may also qualify for a Marketplace special enrollment period — your advisor will tell you if that is the better route.
What does it cost to talk to an advisor?
Nothing. There is no fee for the review and no obligation to enroll in anything.
How quickly will someone call?
Most reviews are returned the same business day during our hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–8pm ET). You get one call from one advisor — not a week of robocalls.
