We do not sell your information
America Healthcare Plans does not sell personal information, and does not share it with lead aggregators or panels of agencies. When you submit a coverage review, your details go to one licensed insurance advisor so that they can contact you about coverage.
We publish this page anyway, because you are entitled to a clear route to opt out and to deletion regardless of where you live.
How to opt out or request deletion
Email info@americahealthcareplans.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell / Delete My Info" and include the name, phone number and email address you submitted so we can find your record. We will confirm receipt and complete the request, usually well within 45 days.
You do not need an account and there is no form to fill in. We will not ask you for additional personal information beyond what is needed to verify that the request is yours.
- Stop contact: reply STOP to any text message, tell the advisor on the call, or email us.
- Delete my information: email us and we will remove your record, except where a law requires us to retain it.
- Access or correct: email us and we will tell you what we hold and fix anything that is wrong.
Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will ask for written proof that you have authorized them to act for you.
No discrimination
We will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised any of these rights.
