Free Coverage Review

Let’s find out what you actually qualify for.

This is the same review the advisor works from. Nothing here is a price offer — it is what a licensed advisor needs before they can tell you anything honest about price.

  • Four questions, about thirty seconds
  • No login, no Social Security number, no income questions
  • One licensed advisor calls you — never a call centre
  • Pre-existing conditions covered
  • No obligation, and no follow-up campaign if you say no

Progress: Step 1 of 5

Let's find your coverage

Start with your state.

No login, no Social Security number, and we never ask about your income.

Why It Takes Thirty Seconds

Four answers are enough to start honestly.

Your state, household size, health picture and timing tell an advisor which carriers and plan types are even worth discussing.

Everything else — doctors, prescriptions, budget — is easier to cover in a short conversation than in a long form.

I was paying $690 a month for a plan with a $7,000 deductible. The advisor found a PPO my cardiologist already takes, and I stopped dreading the renewal letter.

COBRA wanted $1,180 a month for the two of us. The call took twenty minutes and I understood my options for the first time in years.

He told me my income meant a subsidized Marketplace plan would beat anything he could sell me. I did not expect that from a phone call about insurance.

Straight Answers

The questions everybody asks.

Still unsure? Start the review and ask the advisor directly — that is what they are there for.

Is this a government website?

No. America Healthcare Plans is a privately operated insurance marketplace and independent brokerage. We are not a government agency and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Health Insurance Marketplace, Healthcare.gov, Medicare or Medicaid.

Are pre-existing conditions really covered?

Private PPO plans can cover pre-existing conditions, and the survey asks about them specifically so your advisor knows before they call. Because these plans are medically underwritten, your health history affects both eligibility and price — which is exactly why a licensed advisor reviews it rather than a form spitting out a number.

Do you sell my information?

No. Your details go to one licensed advisor so they can contact you about coverage. We do not sell your information to lead aggregators, and you can ask us to delete it at any time through the Do Not Sell My Info page.

Will this website give me a price?

No — and any site that promises one before it knows your health history is guessing. You submit your details, a licensed advisor reviews them, and they call you with real options. The figures shown on this site are not personal rates.

Can I enroll outside of open enrollment?

Yes. Private PPO plans are not tied to the ACA open enrollment window, so you can apply any day of the year. If you have just lost employer coverage, you may also qualify for a Marketplace special enrollment period — your advisor will tell you if that is the better route.

What does it cost to talk to an advisor?

Nothing. There is no fee for the review and no obligation to enroll in anything.

How quickly will someone call?

Most reviews are returned the same business day during our hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–8pm ET). You get one call from one advisor — not a week of robocalls.
